By using the website, placing an order, or paying for a tour, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

On the Admiral Rafting website, customers can:

  • view photo and video galleries;
  • read articles and informational materials;
  • contact us through the contact channels provided on the website.

3. Tour Information

Each tour page should provide the relevant key information, including:

  • tour name and description;
  • location and route;
  • approximate duration;
  • price;
  • services included in the price;
  • minimum or maximum number of participants;
  • age or other restrictions;
  • required equipment;
  • meeting place and time;
  • safety requirements;
  • cancellation and refund conditions.

Tour photographs and videos are for illustrative purposes. Natural conditions, water levels, weather, route conditions, and the specific tour experience may differ from the published materials.

4. Booking Process

To book a tour, the customer:

  1. selects the desired tour;
  2. selects the available date and time, if this functionality is provided on the website;
  3. specifies the number of participants;
  4. provides the required contact and booking information;
  5. reads and agrees to the Terms and Conditions;
  6. pays the full booking price online.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the booking. A booking will be considered accepted once:

  • the online payment has been successfully completed; and
  • the customer receives a booking/order confirmation on the website or by email.

Adding a tour to the cart, attempting payment, or leaving a booking incomplete does not reserve a place.

5. Prices and Payment

The tour price is stated on the relevant page and displayed in the currency specified on the website. Unless otherwise indicated, the final price shown at the time of booking includes the cost of the service selected by the customer and the applicable mandatory taxes. The cost of any additional services, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer before payment. Payment is made entirely online using the payment method available on the website. The bank or payment service provider may apply its own fees, currency conversion rates, or security procedures. Such terms are determined by the relevant service provider.

6. Booking Confirmation

After a successful booking, the following information may be sent to the email address or telephone number provided by the customer:

  • booking number;
  • tour name;
  • date and time;
  • number of participants;
  • amount paid;
  • meeting place;
  • organizational and safety instructions;
  • contact information.

The customer is required to verify the information stated in the confirmation and contact us promptly if any error is identified.

7. Cancellation by the Customer

The customer may cancel the tour free of charge no later than 48 hours before the start of the tour. If a cancellation request is received within the free cancellation period, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, except for any bank or payment-system fee that cannot technically be refunded and of which the customer was informed in advance. After the free cancellation period has expired: no refund will be issued. Cancellation requests must be sent:

The request must include the customer’s name, booking number, and date of the booked tour. The time at which the cancellation request is received in our communication system will be considered the time of cancellation.

8. Late Arrival and No-Show

The customer must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. In the event of significant lateness, participation in the tour may become impossible, particularly if the group has already departed on the route. In the event of a no-show or a delay caused by the customer, the amount paid: will not be refunded.

9. Changes to or Cancellation of the Tour by the Organizer

Rafting depends on weather conditions, river water levels, natural conditions, technical conditions, and participant safety. Admiral Rafting has the right to change the tour time, route, or duration, or to cancel the tour if:

  • weather conditions are unfavorable;
  • the river water level poses a danger;
  • a relevant authority issues a warning or restriction;
  • there is a technical problem with equipment or transportation;
  • the instructor determines, for safety reasons, that conducting the tour is not permissible;
  • a force majeure or other objective circumstance exists.

If the organizer completely cancels the tour, the customer will be offered:

  • to reschedule the tour to another available date; or
  • a full refund of the amount paid.

If the customer agrees to an alternative date or service, the right to request a refund may no longer apply to the replacement service, except where provided by law.

10. Refunds

Refunded amounts will generally be credited to the same payment method used by the customer to pay for the booking. We will begin processing the refund after the refund request has been approved. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment service provider. The estimated bank processing time is 5–10 business days.

11. Conditions of Participation

By participating in the tour, the customer confirms that they:

  • have read the tour description and understood its difficulty level;
  • will follow the instructor’s instructions;
  • will use the safety equipment provided;
  • will not create a danger to themselves or other participants;
  • will not participate while under the influence of alcohol, narcotic, or psychotropic substances;
  • will provide the organizer in advance with information important for safety;
  • understand that rafting is an active adventure activity that naturally involves certain risks.

12. Age Requirements

The minimum age for participation in a tour is 13 years, unless a different age is specified on the particular tour page. A minor may participate only:

  • with the consent of a parent or legal representative;
  • the minimum age for a minor participating in a tour is 5 years when accompanied by an adult.

Age requirements may change based on river conditions, tour difficulty, and safety assessments.

13. Health and Physical Condition

The customer is responsible for assessing their own health and physical condition. Before booking a tour, the customer must inform us of any circumstance that may affect their ability to participate safely, including:

  • significant heart or respiratory problems;
  • a recent injury or surgery;
  • significant mobility limitations;
  • pregnancy;
  • epilepsy or a risk of loss of consciousness;
  • any other condition in which intense physical activity or exposure to cold water may pose a risk.

In such circumstances, the organizer may request additional information or refuse participation if it is impossible to ensure a safe tour. For a final decision regarding health-related participation, the customer should consult a doctor.

14. Safety Rules

The customer is required to:

  • listen carefully to the safety briefing;
  • properly use the helmet, life jacket, and other equipment;
  • not remove safety equipment without the instructor’s permission;
  • follow the seating/allocation arrangements in the raft;
  • follow the instructor’s commands;
  • not leave the group without permission;
  • not damage the equipment;
  • immediately inform the instructor of any deterioration in health or any danger.

The instructor has the right to refuse or terminate a person’s participation if that person violates safety rules or poses a danger to themselves, the group, employees, or equipment. In such a case, the refund will depend on the specific circumstances and applicable legislation.

15. Customer’s Personal Belongings

The customer is solely responsible for their personal belongings, including:

  • telephone;
  • camera;
  • wallet and documents;
  • clothing;
  • jewelry;
  • other valuable or electronic items.

It is not recommended to bring items that can be easily damaged by water or lost. Admiral Rafting is not responsible for the loss of or damage to a customer’s personal belongings, except where the damage is directly caused by our intentional actions or by actions giving rise to liability under applicable law.

16. Photo and Video Materials

Photographs or video recordings may be made during the tour. The use of a customer’s image for advertising, social media, or other public purposes must be carried out on an appropriate legal basis and, where necessary, with the customer’s consent. The customer may inform the instructor in advance if they do not wish to appear in public materials recorded by the organizer.

17. Liability

Admiral Rafting is responsible for properly providing the service in accordance with applicable legislation. However, liability may not extend to damage caused by:

  • the customer’s failure to follow the instructor’s instructions;
  • the customer’s concealment of important health information;
  • participation under the influence of alcohol or other substances;
  • the customer’s negligent or intentional actions;
  • natural conditions that could not reasonably have been avoided;
  • actions of a third party;
  • force majeure circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right of the customer that may not legally be restricted or excluded under Georgian law.

18. Force Majeure

Force majeure may include circumstances beyond the control of the parties, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • flooding;
  • landslides;
  • heavy rain or storms;
  • prohibitions imposed by state authorities;
  • road closures;
  • epidemics or states of emergency;
  • war, civil unrest, or similar events;
  • large-scale disruptions to electricity, communications, or payment systems.

During a force majeure event, the parties will be released from liability for non-performance of their obligations to the extent and for the period during which the circumstance directly prevents performance of the obligations.

19. Use of the Website

The customer is prohibited from:

  • using the website for illegal purposes;
  • using another person’s personal or payment information;
  • placing fraudulent orders;
  • bypassing the website’s security systems;
  • distributing malicious code or software;
  • interfering with the functioning of the website;
  • commercially copying or distributing website materials without authorization.

20. Intellectual Property

The texts, design, logo, photographs, videos, graphics, and other content published on the website belong to Admiral Rafting or are used with the appropriate permission. Commercial use, copying, modification, or distribution of the materials without the prior permission of the authorized person is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.

21. Customer Account

If the website provides the ability to create a customer account, the customer is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of their account information;
  • keeping their password confidential;
  • actions carried out through their account;
  • promptly notifying the administrator of unauthorized access to the account.

The administration may restrict or cancel an account if the customer violates these Terms and Conditions or creates a security risk.

22. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a complaint relating to the service, the customer must provide:

  • booking number;
  • tour date;
  • description of the problem;
  • requested resolution;
  • relevant photographs, receipts, or other evidence, if available.

A complaint may be sent to: info@admiralrafting.ge. We will endeavor to review the customer’s request within a reasonable period and seek a solution based on agreement. The customer may also use the administrative or judicial remedies provided for under Georgian law.

23. Personal Data

When using the website, personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website. Before placing an order, the customer must read the Privacy Policy.

24. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Admiral Rafting reserves the right to periodically change or update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the website together with the date of the latest update. As a general rule, the terms in effect at the time the order is placed will apply to that particular order, unless the change is more favorable to the customer or otherwise required by law.
